We believe in the synergy between people and organizations based on mutual trust. The name TORTUS has therefore been carefully chosen. The term “TORTUS” originates from ancient Greece and was the nickname for a phalanx. An effective and close strategic battle order, in which mutual dependence has led to a great sense of responsibility, camaraderie and solidarity. An innovative concept at the time with enormous potential. From a distance, the phalanx resembled a tortoise shell and was therefore nicknamed "TORTUS". Alexander the Great saw the importance of the interaction between cohesion, intensive training and having a common interest. It led to the maximum effective use of the human factor.
