Good recruiting is an art
I started my career in the agency world doing contingent recruiting for Tech roles. After that I moved in-house with Google, Uber and Casper and have recruited for Executive, Creative, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Communications, Policy, and Corporate (G&A).
I've also recruited throughout the US, APAC (Southeast Asia mostly with some China), and 47 countries in EMEA.
My speciality is executive hiring, facilitating launch and expansion in either new sectors or geographies, and building the processes and structure to enable hiring the best talent in the world at scale.
